Besides the do-good construction, you’ll love the high flow universal magnetic cap. It's leak-proof when closed, stows securely out of the way when drinking, and is compatible with Eddy®+ and Carry Cap vessels. The comfortable carry handle makes for grab-and-go convenience and when the day is over, just toss in the dishwasher and prepare for your next adventure. Tritan Renew is made using Polyester Renewal Technology, a recycling process that’s more efficient than standard mechanical recycling, producing new material with less demand on finite resources. All parcels will be posted using Australia Post, standard post with tracking (unless other method selected).

, If no one is available to accept the parcel when signature on delivery is not chosen, Australia Post will opt to leave your parcel in a "safe place" if the driver deems this appropriate. If no safe place is identified, they will take the parcel back to your local post office for collection.

Signature on Delivery

, if no one is home, the driver will take the parcel back to the post office for collection, where ID and signature is required to collect. We recommend choosing this option for valuable items, or if you have concerns about your parcel's security.

Note: 

We recommend using a PO Box or business address, or opting for standard postage with signature if using a residential address that will be unattended during business hours. If your parcel was delivered to your premises and left in a safe place, and you have any issues locating the parcel, please contact Australia Post support for assistance, as they will have a photograph of the parcel in position on record.

We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of wrong size, change of mind, ordered the wrong item etc. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. We will assist with further instructions. LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pick-up is available from our store in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. This can be arranged after payment is made, and will be available for collection after 1 business day to allow for stock transfer.
